These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cloutora ("we", "us", "our") and our website cloutora.com. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

When you request a service (e.g., branding, web development, digital marketing), you enter into a binding agreement with Cloutora upon payment confirmation. Deliverables are defined in proposals or written communication prior to project initiation.
All payments must be made in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may be listed in multiple currencies, but payments are processed in INR or USD depending on project terms. Taxes, duties, and bank charges are the responsibility of the client. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content on this site, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, trademarks, and designs, is the intellectual property of Cloutora unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for agreed purposes. Internal tools, methods, or frameworks used by Cloutora remain our exclusive property.
We may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., Tally.so, analytics, donation forms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or performance of these services. Your interaction with them is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Donations to Imavya Foundation via QR code or bank transfer are processed externally. Cloutora does not handle or manage donation funds directly and disclaims all liability for third-party errors, fraud, or technical faults.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to Cloutora or its clients.
Under no circumstance shall Cloutora or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or third-party tools. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Cloutora shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or labor disputes.
All data collection and usage is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the handling of your data in accordance with that policy and applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and PDPA.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.
